VILLA’ CELESTINO’S HOTEL BISTRO BREEZE POLICIES ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORM

  1. NO-SMOKING POLICY
    We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces (unless designated smoking areas are available).
    - Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of 2000 PHP for room sanitation.
  2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
    - Check-in time: 3pm
    - Check-out time: 11am
    Late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for late departures.
  3. PAYMENT AND INCIDENTALS 
    - A valid credit, debit card, license, or passport is required at check-in.  For payment of room charges and incidentals we accept, cash, credit card, debit card, or G-Cash.
    - Any additional charges (e.g., room service) will be applied to room charges.
  4. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
    - Reservations must be canceled at least 72hrs prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 1000 PHP.
    - Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of  3999 PHP.
  5. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
    Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.
    - The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card on file for repair or replacement costs of any damaged or missing items.
    - Please notify the front desk of any damages or concerns immediately.
  6. QUIET HOURS
    To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we observe quite time from 10pm to 7am.
    - Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
  7.  MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
    Each room has a maximum occupancy limit of 2 guests.
    - Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction from the property.
  8. PET POLICY (if applicable)
    - Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms only, and a pet fee of 1000 PHP per stay applies.
    - Guests must adhere to pet rules, including leashing, pet cleanup, and noise control.
  9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
    The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
    - Please use the in-room safe or the front desk to store valuables.
  10. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
    In the event of an emergency (fire, medical, etc.), please contact the front desk or dial [emergency number]. Evacuation routes are posted on the back of the room doors.

    I, the undersigned guest, have read and understood the hotel policies listed above and agree to adhere to these terms during my stay. I understand that failure to comply may result in additional fees or actions taken by hotel management.
